This is a long overdue review as I have purchased my property with Nathan over a year ago. Some background about myself. I am a registered nurse who was working a lot of overtime with the goal of obtaining my first rental property. I had met Nathan through a mutual friend and told him about my goal but wasn’t quite ready at the time and wanted more money saved. Nathan added me to his client list and got a better understanding of what I was looking for and that’s when it all started. I overlooked the impact a real estate agent could have on this journey of mine. I saw agents as people who helped closed deals but Nathan provided multiple strategies and even helped me save a lot of money throughout the process with his negotiation techniques. He helped organized and coordinate everything from day one and I couldn’t be more grateful. For example, he knew I was trying get a deal on a multi-family property. We found this duplex that required a lot of work and if we didn’t negotiate strongly then the deal wouldn’t have been worth it for me and I would have needed to walk away. Day one of escrow I show up to see the property but he had scheduled 3 contractors to come and look at the property to give quotes on how much everything would cost to fix and we used this to negotiate. Nathan was fair for me and the seller and we were ultimately trying to get a win win scenario for us so we can close the deal. Nathan negotiated strongly for me. We ultimately got a duplex at a good price and even got the sellers to fix the roof of the main house, fix the bathroom plumbing, and got 22k in sellers credits. I couldn’t believe how good of a deal we got and it made my journey of becoming a landlord possible otherwise I probably would have needed to walk away from the deal. A year later I’m still in contact with Nathan. I can reach out to him if I have any random questions as a first time home owner and he’s become a reliable friend I can reach out to at any time. I couldn’t be more grateful for having an agent with as much experience as him. He has a strong work ethic, is trustworthy, and will be honest and transparent with you. I’ve learned to trust his advice as he works with good intention. Nathan is my go to real estate agent. I know he is working to help secure me a good deal and doesn’t want to put any of his clients in a bad situation. I’ll recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent to contact Nathan.
